IRL pics@Gruenschnabel yeah its from a produced line called the Extended P-Tainer essentially you shove your tip inside the black tube and pull your skin up the tube while depressing your tip inside until there's enough skin to reach the top. Not pictured is a silicon gripper you place on your skin to hold it in a tensioned state for 12-16 hours a day so that your body gets signals to start growing out your skin to counteract the tension very similar in a way that earnings grow your earlobe length. It's fascinating stuff.
