Suggestive Manga Scans, Partial Nonsexual Nudity of Minor Character @cunny_bunny I couldn't think of any animated examples but I present to you Gangsta Vol 5 Ch 26, pgs 29 & 31

And honestly they were so gender for this (mind you she's likely in her teens at most)
Scan of volume 5, chapter 26, page 29 of the manga "Gangsta!" by Kohske. A vertical arrangement of three panels: 1st Panel, pitch black with the dialogue "Bring that to me." 2nd Panel: Loretta Cristiano Amodio, the young head of the Cristiano mafia family, stripping off her skirt, the viewer sees her from behind, legs and downward, with Marcus Adriano, also known as "Spas" after the shotgun Spas-12, visible through her legs as he remains sitting down across from her. Marcus appears startled at this happening in front of him. Dialogue between panels: (numerous unnamed hired servants) Servant: "No, I mean, well-" Loretta: "Come on, hurry up and bring it to me! Stop fussing. Aren't you already used to seeing women's bodies?" Servant: "Milady, you cannot!" "M-Milady!? What are you-" 3rd Panel: Several unnamed servants have frantically rushed forward with sweat flying off their faces, attempting to shield Loretta's body from view using their own jackets held out as privacy screens. One is holding a stack of neatly folded clothes to her. Dialogue continues... Servants: "C-cover up! Please cover yourself up!" "Quickly bring what she requested-" To the right of this last panel, a full thigh up rendition of Loretta pulling her shirt upwards. She is wearing only panties and a bra besides this. Her eyes are closed in an expression of focus, she is not blushing, and otherwise seems unbothered by her state of undress. No nipples, cameltoe or other eroticism seems to be drawn.Scan of volume 5, chapter 26, page 31 of the manga "Gangsta!" by Kohske. One tall panel, one short panel. Top panel: Loretta is now fully dressed in cargo pants with a belt featuring a metal plate buckle, and a more masculine appearing dress shirt. She now wears a cross-draw pistol holster under her left arm, for right-handed draw and use. There is a black plain ribbon tied under the collar of her shirt instead of a tie. Next to her stands a transparent figure of a man with a scarred face bearing a resemblance to her, implied to be her late father. He has a scar across the left side of his mouth that nearly reaches the cheekbone. He wears similar, mostly obscured pants, a plaid vest over a white dress shirt and black tie. Both strike a confident hands-on-hips pose, despite her head only reaching the shoulder of his apparition. Both appear as if speaking Dialogue: Loretta (and her Father?): "If you aren't going to move, then I will." "Cristiano does not leave anyone behind, even in their last moments." Bottom panel: Loretta, closeup, reaches her hand out in a guesture of offered help, speaking with an expression of confidence on her face. "....I trust you'll protect me!" "#26 END" appears in bottom left corner, indicating the end of the chapter.
