2 months into my blood pressure friendly lifestyle change. The heart palpitations have entirely stopped, I legit haven't had a single migraine all this time, I've fully recovered my hearing, and my energy levels have stabilized. It does suck though during difficulty of sleep nights, melatonin has been sadly forbidden due to it's ability to interfere with blood pressure medications. Guess I'll just stare at the ceiling tonight lmao
