More of my assorted piracy opinions
- it's not as morally upstanding as you think it is and it really does not matter anyway, morals are a construct
- pirating something you already bought is pointless. You already have the thing, just archive it. I might get it if you like want to play a mod of a gba game but don't know how to dump roms or something
- digital piracy isn't stealing, files are infinitely copyable it's not like it's automatically gone from the original source, also pirating doesn't mean a person won't buy the game
