(deleted and redrafted) I think one/oni loli/shota is a balancing act, you have to figure out how to give each character enough focus... I tend to find oneeshota doesn't give much attention to the boy. It's so much about the woman, who has big tits, and you kind of wonder if the boy is just self insert. Oneloli kind of balances it more, as does onishota, and oniloli is kind of mixed, but tends to focus on the girl more.
When I say focus I think I mean characterization, and space. How many panels do they take up? How much do we know about their personalities? Well, the thing that probably determines this the most is the author's tastes. Oniloli and oneshota is probably made and read by straight men mostly, so it makes sense they would feel more inclines to focus on the woman and girl. Though I wonder what the appeal of shota is to them? In adult F/M the man is also out of focus, to the point of being faceless sometimes, but the shota still has a face even if they aren't focused on.
