talking about loli pee
imagining an rpg where you play as a loli adventurer who lied about her age and got in over her head with a bladder meter and the only way to save the game is to pee...if you want to save often, then you have to drink a lot! but the fuller her bladder gets, the harder the game gets, and if she has an accident, the game still saves... maybe you get better rewards for clearing with a full bladder so its a risky gamble...
party members could have bladders too, but they are way better at holding it and the game doesnt save when they pee. of course, everyone has to react to each other as they get more obvious! they are all grown too, only the main character is a loli, and they are very aware of her real age...
and of course, there arent toilets out in the wilderness, so you have to just pee wherever, and the party members are always there to watch...
