@Gatitasecsii it could all take place on a neighborhood street, and you all walk around together finding things to do there, like an interactable person, an overgrown lawn, a bored dog, a dirty car, stuff like that, and then you talk to them and assign one of the girls to the task, and once they are all assigned to something, you can assign yourself to one too or you can do some kind of manager things like researching online or something
each day could be split into two parts, so once everyone including yourself is assigned to something, time skips forward and you get however much money you were going to get, and then you can do something else before everyone has to go home for the day
aside from jobs, shopping can be a task too, so like you would assign a girl to shop for outfits and she would come back with outfits for everyone depending on her fashion sense (which can be trained maybe), and there are also training tasks, so you assign at least yourself and one other girl to training to raise stats, but all these things can only be done in the second half of the day so the parents dont find out the girls are skipping school all the time (its silly and dumb but go with it! nobody else cares about the girls skipping school because they are cute and their labor is cheap)
basically it would be a "numbers go up" kind of game, but with cute girls that you get to make walk around and do things, and dress them up in cute outfits. i can also imagine the results of tasks and training and dance videos and stuff being presented as cute little crayon doodles to add a lot of personality with less effort than whole drawings or especially animations
