i'll futz around with seeing if iceshrimp's default frontend can be customized... i hope i can finally change the icon now lol

if not then oh well, that's fine too

but most importantly, we have a proper registration page finally, meaning people don't have to do [ The Ritual ] to sign up. ...this is not me saying registrations are open btw; this instance will remain pretty closed off, if only to maintain a small size. invites are based on vibes, don't expect to come in lol
