the tragic part is furaffinity used to allow cub art! i'm forgetting the history but they did ban it, i think because of puritanical shitheels, i wanna say the burned furs in specific, but i might be wrong on that
but either way, the literal former admin of the site even had cub art, which they then deleted. and then right before they died, went on insane purges trying to get rid of characters deemed "underaged"... which again included their own art
and ofc e621 keeps going on art purges because they're ran by people who haven't taken community communication 101, and inkbunny purges 3D art because it's "slop", but the literal AI art they allow somehow isn't slop
...all this is to say furry art gallery websites currently suck, if i had the know-how i'd have made one by now lmfao
genuinely i wish it was so much easier to run art gallery websites, the reason why i run a feid instance is just because this is somehow easier than running an art gallery website made for artists.
i would love to run a furry art website that isn't ran by nazis who ban cub art, and one that isn't plagued with transphobic shitheads who either say "well there's no boobs so it's a guy", or ran by a transphobic shithead who thinks that people who want to kill me can have worthwhile opinions
...basically i want something that's not furaffinity, not e621, and not inkbunny
but every other art gallery website bans cub art because they're all ran by spineless dickwads lmfao
