Talking about drawing penisesHoly fuck I dunno how you artists keep at it starting out. I'm trying to draw up some medical diagrams for a proposed corrective surgery I plan on pitching to a cosmetic urologist and I cannot make my hands work in a way that creates the needed three dimension depth to draw a penis with it's foreskin partially retracted to show off it's rigid band. I can picture it (well conceptualize it, my mind's eye is permanently blind) in my mind but when pen meets sketchbook all I can conjure is 2D lines. It's quite frustrating.

Stumbled upon this a day ago and it was a really fascinating read. Essentially the OP is working with a urologist to develop a zero-tissue-loss surgical technique to recreate the mechanical functions (but sadly not sensations) of an intact frenulum.
From the thread: "The idea is to create a small vertical incision- just a small surface cut- where the frenulum once was. Then, the lower end of the incision would be pulled up and sutures to the top end of the incision, basically turning the vertical cut into a horizontal one after suturing. Mid-procedure, the area would basically be a small diamond, before the edges are reattached. Heck, a skilled urologist could probably bypass sutures entirely and opt for adhesive for a cleaner result.

I'll definitely be keeping tabs on this as it develops. As of now, us restoring folk have found ways to emulate an intact tapered end, the bunching ring of the opening of one's foreskin, and minor corrective procedures to curate one's restored foreskin to be more akin to an intact one - but reconstruction of one's frenulum has been naught but theory. I can only hope this bears fruit.
2 months into my blood pressure friendly lifestyle change. The heart palpitations have entirely stopped, I legit haven't had a single migraine all this time, I've fully recovered my hearing, and my energy levels have stabilized. It does suck though during difficulty of sleep nights, melatonin has been sadly forbidden due to it's ability to interfere with blood pressure medications. Guess I'll just stare at the ceiling tonight lmao

@QueerAndFunny I lack a nuanced understanding of the situation, but it boils down to a admin for the site was outted for having biggoted views on trans folks (paraphrasing) that they felt uncomfortable around trans individuals that didn't pass as their desired gender or weren't actively attempting to transition and insisted that he should be able to call them by their assigned gender rather than their desired gender because they evidently weren't trying hard enough. (End of paraphrasing)
In light of the current ongoing Inkbunny issues, I want to simply reaffirm my trans allyship - I don't care wether you pass or not, if you're actively transitioning or not, I will always respect your desired pronouns.
