if you're on my instance and you see someone breaking the rules (either on this instance or other instances), you can PM me or email me, be sure to include the link to the offending posts!
same goes for anyone on other instances, if you see someone on my instance causing problems, gimme the link and PM/email me!
i'm hoping iceshrimp.net gets this functionality real soon, i think it'll be available in the first feature update they release this year, here's hoping!
