@TwilightTheSadFloof man, your ISP blocks baraag? that's completely lame, i do unfortunately sometimes forget the world just be like that sometimes
if there is no other option for an ISP that suits your needs, a VPN would work, and in which case i'd suggest using mullvad. it's hands down the best VPN that respects your privacy n stuff, and is really competitive for price-to-performance. plus the app they give you is really convenient, and works on all OSes (yes, including linux, my preferred choice)
