@Kavukamari from what i know it's just one of those cultural taboo kind of things that politicans wouldn't dare touch with a 50 foot pole
it's definitively a good decision to get rid of it, but it's basically career suicide
it's the same reason why TV is still insanely strict about swears and whatnot in america, old angry NIMBYs would probably literally kill a politician if they so much as suggest the idea
